What a pleasure to shop at Scoop, staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The service is fast and efficient. Being able to speak Afrikaans was an added bonus.
With great products and good service you will be happy shopping here for your networking needs. Staff are friendly and willing to assist. Tough times with the shortage of stock due to chip manufacturers but we make due with what is available. Will continue supporting them.

It was the first time I tried to use Scoop - initial order placing experience was good but I tried to collect on Friday when they were closed for year-end event which I was not aware of. When I complained - staff seemed incredulous that I had not seen the banner or the notice on email. However you only see the website notice if you browse to their homepage or contact-us page and the email signature never went out. People who registered after the mass-mailer event occurred also would have missed this. Staff were apologetic on the Whatsapp line but when in line to collect my item - I actually heard other staff argue with other customers, taking an ego-driven approach of "well we put out some notices.. so it is on you" instead of accepting acknowledging some shortcomings, customer frustration and offering to do better in the future. Furthermore, only after having taken delivery of the item did I realise that I was given the wrong model of item. I dread having to go through a returns process especially given that it means having to drive through to Scoop Distribution a third time.
Unbeatable service. I have had several orders all of which is handled without error and quickly. 5 star experience every time.

Once a week I'm at Scoop for clients needs. No complaints. Staff is friendly and helpful and place is always clean and tidy. They get busy from time to time but with some patience you will get through the day. They have a big category of products and will definitely recommend anyone to go there.
Super service! Registration was super easy. Upgraded to a reseller within minutes. Placing the order was very easy. Pickup was superb. Really recommend!
Great online shopping experience. Items always delivered quickly and without any issues such as "oops, sorry, we're out stock" after you've made your purchase. The only reason I deducted one star is that when purchasing you have to choose a store eg. Jhb, Dbn, CT which is counter-intuitive for an online purchase.
I have always had very good service from these guys, thanx for being so reliable Scoop
