Shop good but staff were very loud and talking to each other rather than serving customers. I go there every day, not always the case.

Friendly staff. Does get very full during peak times.

Been filling up here for more then a year now. Lately the service is getting worse at the petrol pumps. Have to wait for someone to help everytime I fill up. They will be busy in the staff change rooms or on their cell phones sitting on a trash bin. I really hope this is going to get better as I have to fill up every 3rd day. Dont wanna take business away. Shell is close to where we stay. Hope this will be sorted out. Regards.

As far as I know they have the cheapest fuel available in Paarl. Friendly staff. Lots of small shops and eateries near by.

Everytime I fill up at this shell, I get the most friendly and efficient service not to mention the cheapest diesel in the area.
