We had a very bad situation this morning, we almost everyday at shell, but today they left a bitter taste in my mouth. A lady assisting outside was shouting at us, we were waiting almost 20mins to be helped than the lady walked away that must helped us. We went with the supervisor to the lady and it was ugly. No customer service, she didnt even apologized. Cant get hold of the manager.

Sharp and friendly service at the pumps. Especially enjoyed the Vida eCafe where the service is so much better than other sites. Spacious seating area as well. I find prices mostly good for the quality of their various sandwiches, croissants and scones. Coffee is always good there as well. Lifesaver on my way to work and breakfast is required!

Thieves paradise, lots of remote jammers. Cops and station manager says it’s a hot spot for theft. V little security.

Guys at the petrol station are very nice! Inside is a completely different story. The lady just sat on her phone and completely ignored the fact that I was trying to pay. I eventually just left the counter to pay at the Vida and then she screamed at me for leaving. Insanely rude.

Best feul station in Stellenbosch if not the Western Cape. The service is always friendly and vibey. You drive away with a smile. My boyfriend asked one of the attendents to teach him how to do the oil and tire pressure and he was taught the tools of the trade. If you're having a bad day, fill up here.

Yesterday I visited this petrol station to fill up my tank. I waited and waited for someone to help me and nobody came. I watched how other cars that pulled up minutes after me were helped immediately. This is the first time visting this garage. It is also the first time I've had such a bad experience when trying to put in petrol. My tank was on empty and was forced to drive to another station. Your garage was not even busy. Thanks for nothing.

Overall it's great, as much as you can expect a petrol station to be. 24hr shop is convenient, but as it doesn't draw a lot of crowd, one can't expect big selection of fresh produce. All the convenience foods as well as braai wood and charcoal are in abundance.

Best fuel station in Stellenbosch, staff are always very friendly and super eager to clean your windshield. Whatever management are doing, it works wonders.

Waited on 30/7/17 2pm a while for service, notices 6 customers, two male staff busy with customers, third lady interacting improperly, laughing very loudly with customer that was done paying. Decided to walk inside and asked for the manager, no joy. Walk outside and asked un helpful same lady to assist, she indicated she will get someone, another lady came out and helped the car that just stopped a couple of seconds ago. So I left and supported Caltex in Meriman road, prompt and friendly service, will take all 4 our cars to them.
