I visited Ultra Shell Stop when we filled up on 11 December 2021. There are plenty parking and wheelchair parking facilities as well as wheelchair access. Covid-19 protocols were adhered to at both the access point and inside the building. There was no crowding while I was there. I did not have to stand in a quay outside. The Stop has fully equipped rest rooms. The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. Refreshments can be bought at the stop. I rate Shell 5 five stars
Paid R2 for a super dirty bathroom. Only in SA. Would not reccomend this station.
