Beautiful venue and restaurant. Food wasn't up to par though. Food quality could be better. I ordered the chicken schnitzel with an extra mushroom sauce as the waiter advised the chicken is dry. Chicken was dry alright, mushroom sauce was more beefy and the chips were cold. I just don't think the prices for the foods they offer are worth it, they are way over priced. Glad i got to see the ducks though
anotget favorite place with stunning view, plenty choice of drinks and reasonable price and delicious foods. what make it more unique is that it is a "Dog friendly " place.... ‍ ‍ my dog live a life there... Dont worry, you can take your dog for a wakn around. You have plenty space to do that. Thank you for such an outstanding place and services!
Amazing place to eat. Great vegan menu for breakfast and lunch. Decor is lovely and so is the atmosphere. Highly recommended
Excellent food and entertainment. The interior of the restaurant is beautifully decorated with many art pieces. The restaurant is also situated in a stunning location and we were able to get a table without prior reservation. All round we had an exceptional experience and we are looking forward to going back again.
Many thanks for hosting us on this special occasion, in celebration of my dear father’s 88th birthday. The attentive and friendly service was much appreciated! I would not recommend the Oxtail Stew, which was inseparable from the bone. One or two bones were offered sans meat, but in all fairness the fillet you served as an alternative was outstanding!
Breakfast, brunch, lunch, high tea, picnics Leisurely walks, scenic jogs. The place that has it all. Beautifully decked out, great food great views, great service. Add wine tasting experience. Life needs very little more.
Wow! What an amazing meal. We had late lunch here around 2 pm after wine tasting. Served by Joel we had wonderful appetizers of escargot and butternut soup, and mains of beef pancetta linguine and oxtail. Paired with the vineyard’s pintoage, what a great meal!Recommended dishesCabernet Sauvignon
Great restaurant tucked in the vineyards of Groot Constantia. Excellent wine selection and great options for first and second course.
Loved the lavish Alice in Wonderland vibe. Food was excellent. Service was on point. Our live band for the evening was Rumours of Fleetwood Mac. Skillfully executed. Get whisked away to a magical kingdom of opulent luxury. A must visit for those who like to dwell in other worldly locations.
