I play Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls like a concert for healing and deep relaxation.
I offer individual sessions and weekly group sessions in Melrose North and at your preferred location. Sessions are for deep relaxation, stress release and for Chakra clearing and balancing.
Crystal bowl music is a form of vibrational therapy which, along with quantum physics, validates that all matter based on an atomic structure, such as the human body, is in a state of vibration and the frequency at which an object or person most naturally vibrates is called a resonance. The bones and organs in the body all possess a different resonant frequency. When an organ or part of the body is vibrating out of "sync" or balance, "disease" is created.
A body is in a healthy state of being when each cell and organ creates a resonance that is in harmony with the whole being. WiFi, electromagnetic fields from computers, fluorescent lights etc, as well as violent outbursts, ( read about Masaru Emoto’s world renowned research on how water molecules are affected by violent energy in his book The Hidden Messages In Water ) physical accidents, and poor nutrition, to name a few things can send our vibrational resonance off balance. The crystal bowls’ vibration literally “tunes” your body’s resonance like a tuning fork.
Listening to crystal bowls puts one into an alpha brainwave state almost immediately. This state creates a relaxation of the mind and body. A relaxed, less stressed body and mind is a healthier body and mind.
