Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very clean and well kept shop. Prices are very reasonable and they also carry a kot of the more exotic fish- i highly recommend these guys especially for aquariums and aquascaping.
The staff are friendly and very willing to assist. I go there for my aquarium needs and find that they have extensive knowledge in this field and can give advice accordingly. Their fish stock is healthy, which makes this girl very happy.
This is probably one of the best pet stores I've been too. Great stock for aquiriums, but more importantly, if you are interested in Aquascaping they have everything, and more. The service was brilliant and the gentleman that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks for an all round 5 star experience. I'll recommend them to anyone.
Always great to walk into this store as it's always give me a homely feeling and the way the store is set up is both immaculate and perfect. Staff are always friendly and willing to help where they can and often have a big knowledge of their live stock and general stock. Often I spend an hour around the store just looking around over and over as I can never get enough. Great team and great shop!! Weldone exotic pets
Looks very well maintained. We just walked in to have a look around and wanted to see the snakes up stairs & a friendly young gentleman who works there started showing us the snakes and educating us and we ended up being there for about an hour. He was so knowledgeable and passionate and we had the best time. Thank you

The employees are absolutely excellent and I would 100% recommend going to this shop for all your fish needs as well as other pet options. especially if you want wonderful expertise Thank you Brandon for your great help.
Massive selection of fish, plus some bunnies and the sort. A little pricier, but the stock is of a high quality everytime I go. Plenty of aquarium accessories and chemicals, stocking high end brands.
Well kept and run store by friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. Visit them to find out more! Edit note: I only buy fresh water fish from this store so can't comment on much else. The store looks and feels awesome and welcoming.
I love this place. The staff are cool, but there is a guy short blond hair that works there he is absolutely fantastic. Friendly always smiling very helpful, and on the go. He waists no time with getting things done for me when ever my husband and I go there. Best pet store I've been to. Won't go anywhere else. My family member travels from Ballito just to go to this store. Love it. Keep up the amazing service.
