Complex can get a bit noisy sometimes, but overall it is quiet after 11:00 PM. The area has constany water outages, but not at fault of the complex

Located in Oakdene, Stanley Park, Sarrounded by many private schools & public, Petrol Garages, 8 minutes walk, 4 minutes drive to The Glen Mall, this place has so many amneties around it. It's a very well maintained place, highly secured, security boom entrance, intercoms, gym, pool, child friendly, dog friendly, etc.... You won't be disappointed, come & live here you'll never move out

Stanley Park is a well maintained Balwin property situated in Oakdene, Johannesburg. Family friendly property but due to the many families on the ground floor apartments noise can be a problem at times. None the less pool and gym facilities are available and functional. Residents are warm and friendly.

The place is beautiful, clean and well maintained. I love the friendliness of security towards tenants they are very well trained. The management is able to attend to any complaints on time and the place is quite comfortable to live in. Just be warned water is a serious problem. If you intend to rent a unit please make sure when you move in you demand a copy of move in check list otherwise they will take your deposit and make you pay for previous tenant mass.

The place is specious and modern .. the only problem I have is with electricity. They can literally decide to electricity the whole day. There’s Eskom loadshedding and there’s Stanley park one.

Beautiful complex with good and friendly Security, but they are strict which is perfect , it’s quite and very peaceful . the water outrage is ridiculous . Every second day there’s no water because the complex falls under Forest Hill Reservoir, which always has issues.it’s not the complex’s fault but I wish the owner of the complex can make a plan, because it’s a turn off when you think of buying here it’s frustrating.if it wasn’t for water I would give it 5 stars

Very clean, brilliant built. Quiet & peaceful. Great neighbours etc.

Nice rooms all white, very secure, nice place for introverts who like to avoid neighbor conversations, quiet. They dont have lifts though if u live on the top floor just stairs. Rainy area
