I would like to thank Lebo for seamlessly helping with obtaining a storage to store my goods. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service and quality she offered. The entire experience was seamless and stress-free. One of the standout features of her service was the professionalism and friendliness. She patiently listened to my storage requirements and provided me with a range of options tailored to my needs. The storage units she gave me is spacious, easily accessible which gave me peace of mind knowing that my belongings are in safe hands. Moreover, the process of renting a storage unit was effortless. She guided me through the paperwork efficiently, ensuring that I understood all the terms and conditions. She also explained the various payment options available and helped me choose the one that suited me best.

I went there without my tag and I was told to buy a new one because they don’t open for tenant, fine I fully get it. I went to Lebo at the office and she told me i am owing R2090 because my debit order didn’t go through, I showed her the POP on my phone that my debit for the month went but she was not interested in that. I paid the R2090 fee and before I could leave the invoice is showing someone’’s name not mine. I paid for the wrong account, in other words, she made me pay for something else rent. That time she was so rude to me , i guess I found her in a bad mood. Nonetheless I am waiting to be refunded the money I was forced to pay because of her attitude and negligence . I first spoke to Zara Telephonically and she was extremely helpful , gave me all the information I needed, then I went to the Midrand where I found Lebo , she was amazing , her customer service was excellent and she went out of her way to assist .

Honestly one of the best services I have ever received, I was helped by Lebo, she made sure that I got everything that I needed in less than 2 hours. I was able to move my things in the next day. Absolutely loved the service.

Lebo was very friendly and made my child calm by giving him a sweet so that I concentrate on the application

Lebo and Pamela were absolutely superb. They were considerate and able to help when there was an issue getting my items to and from storage. Would give them 100 stars if possible. Storage units were clean too - items were as I left them when I came to collect.
