The cinema itself was very comfortable, with spacious seating and ample legroom. The sound and picture quality were excellent, which made the viewing experience even better. The variety of movies available was impressive, catering to all ages and interests. The refreshments available at Suncoast Cinema Center were also of high quality. The popcorn was fresh and tasty, and the drinks were cold and refreshing. The staff were efficient in serving refreshments, which meant I didn't have to wait long to enjoy my snacks
Service from staff is good. However, need more popcorn counters, waited in the line for an hour. I watched a movie in Cinama number 8. The smell in the room was absolutely unbearable - extremely stuffy and unclean and ceiling boards were broken. Management is clearly not maintaining the place well.
Every Tuesday they have movies discount, place clean and there are no long queues and have the latest features
This cinema is big and beautiful. The staff here is friendly and approachable. I really enjoyed my time when I was here.
Pathetic service on a Friday night. Only One lady selling tickets at the ticket counter. Popcorn queue was so long I missed 15 mins of the movie. Service is very bad and slow. Went to watch a movie in Cinema 7. Screen was very dark and couldn’t see much. Edges on all 4 corners were competitive dark. I will never step foot into a cinecentre again. For the price of a movie ticket here and the picture quality I would rather sit at home and watch a movie at home. Projectors need a upgrade big time.
I'm back visiting Cinecentee since the start of Covid, so over three years, and the service is still the same, excellent as usual.
Did not have a very good experience. We booked to watch a movie in a big cinema but on the day they moved the movie to a smaller cinema which was smelly and the seats were damp. The staff however are extremely friendly and helpful. The option to purchase your snacks online is great as it saves time deciding at the counter.
Purchased my tickets for the 8pm showing of Dr Strange online and then had to wait for over 30min in the line to collect them. There was only one cashier working the desk yet the cinema lines were practically outside the cinema entrance. The service received was absolutely pathetic.
We watched scream, the staff there is amazing, service , Tuesdays are the best because of the cheaper prices you pay so definitely make use of that special and enjoy your weekly dose of a good movie and even better with family or friends. The atmosphere is always great.
The popcorn lines are crazy long, stood in the line for 30 minutes and it just was not moving at this time the movie had alrdy started and I went to get a few stuff from the sweet shop, sadly I was told could not take it in.. kids ended up watching the movie with nothing to snack on. Cinecentre won't be seeing us anymore. numetro is way better anyway with their better screens
