The environment is very safe.. Service are given efficiently, the staffs are very hardworking. The building is always clean and kept neat at all times.. The lady on duty didnt get her name on 27-02-2019 even educated me on the culture and places to visit when I go to Eswatini.. The security men will keep your cars and properties safe.. I was very impressed.

No longer the same efficient service they used to offer. Emails are never returned, and no follow-up is given when they say they would. It is sad.

Quick service, Mam' Mary, Violet and Prisca were all very helpful

I ddnt get time to be attended to Wish all other embassies can do the same

This is my work place. To me it's the same always.

It's in a quiet suburb and street but just outside the Union Buildings. Parking is on the roadside in front of the building. The staff are professional and helpful and visa is usually provided within 2 days. It doesn't seem busy most times which makes the application process experience very pleasant compared to other High Commission entities.

Located in prime place near Union Building Pretoria. People who seek Swazi Visa must visit this embassy only as you have Swazi embassies in Johannesburg location too where only information is provided and Visa application will not be collected. Staff is friendly. No parking place and no waiting hall available. We need FNB bank deposit receipt and also Visa Application Form before reaching embassy. Visa Form should be downloaded from Embassy Website and also go through all terms / conditions provided in the website before hand.
