The lady at the bed section was very helpfull and friendly. We bought more than we planned to in the end but got a good deal.
Great range, but the payment processing seems to have become dated. I left without my product, having to return later for collection as I paid using the QR code on the pay point. The lady was convinced that the payment did not go through.

I had to buy a replacement freezer because of loadshedding. Prudence was very helpful and arranged for delivery by 12 that same day. Excellent service.

The worst service experienced in many years by 2 people in fridge dept, one in tv dept and one more. It is as if you have to beg for help. Even when asking questions they appear lame and lazy like your too much for them... Dont ask us anything!!
I was at Tafelberg furnishers on 21 Dec. I wandered in the store for more than 35 minutes, wanted a couch and a carpet cash sale not 1 sales person asked me if they could assist, even if they were busy, no one even bothered to say that they will assist once they finish. I left and went to buy where I received service. Was really dissapointed.
Great service! On the day of purchasing my washer-dryer I was rushed to leave to a meeting and the agent did her best to expedite work as fast as possible. After purchase I was told the exact day of delivery and that I would be contacted regarding the delivery on the day. On delivery day I was contacted at 8:30 AM to confirm delivery between 10:30 and 11:00 AM. The delivery arrived at 10:35 AM and the guys carried it up two flights of stairs and installed and tested it without me having to prompt and only asked me to sign for delivery once everything was hunky-dory. Rare to see a company that communicates so well and then delivers on that communication. Fantastic guys!
