The place is really great an the service was good the only problem is the poor network there is practically no reception

Made a booking for 6 people ...on arrival got told there was no booking made even though we had a reference number and email confirmation...in the end we had to pay extra for another room ... staff are rude, unprofessional and thieves. We Will never be returning again .... only idiots work here.... all the rooms stinky and are dirty .... all the rooms roofs leak in the rain and are severally dilapidated.

The rooms need some attention and the pools also need new paint, but the water is warm and refreshing though.

Beautiful place, in need of a bit of repairs and maintenance. The pools and the surroundings are amazing.

Worst experience ever.. Staff was unfriendly, place was dirty there were leaves everywhere, jacuzzi was filthy and smelled like a dead dog, our bathroom door was broken..

Demolishing the Mnguni home across your spar is racism act, your act must be known to the world.
