The Gym Company Brackenhurst

Honestly worst gym every and incompetent staff! Been querying the same problem since January and still it is a problem!

Absolut joke of a company. After being over charged to cancel a membership. Reginal manager doesn't seem to know how a phone works, as no one can get hold of him. Mails, text, missed calls, nothing gets replied to. And to crown it all, non of the staff know how to contact head office, apart from "I sent a mail".

Beyond pathetic Firstly I signed up and get debited almost 4 times the agreed amount Then I get told I must come in to down grade …. Down grade what ? All I was asking for is to get the original package agreed upon The gym smells terrible when I go there at 7pm And the music they play in the gym is inappropriate. You need to consider all persons They don’t keep to their side of the agreement but expect you to keep to the agreed terms from your side Take my advise and don’t ever sign up . You will be doing yourself a favor and saving yourself a lot of headache

The equipment in the gym is perfect for your desired body design, I really enjoy working out there and only wish I could spend more time each day since I work out in my lunch break, the evening gets quite full and so does the equipment, hence the only reason for the 4 star rating.

These people are late every morning..it is 04:50 and still no sign of any staff. Let me miss 1 debit order then i will get irritated with daily calls. What makes this situation different? Is this what we pay for? Pathetic

Dirty gym. Ladies bathroom are terrible. Super unorganized, no ventilation, aircons are never on, gym equipment are broken. Not worth it at all. If I could give a 0star i would Only Good thing is the friendly adorable reception ladies. I swear they the only people actually doing there jobs

There is a good variety of equipment available to work with but what makes it a stand out for me is the welcoming atmosphere created by both the friendly staff and other gym members.

Not much options for the spa when u take platinum membership. Not disclosed when they sell u the contract. Apparently the other branches do. What's the point when I'm in brackenhurst. Other than that.. very average gym. Bathrooms could do with a major upgrade. And maintenance definitely needs to be done on the equipment. So many was out of order!!!!
