The Hampton Exclusive Guesthouse

My husband and I stayed in this guest house for a month, the treatment we got from the staff was not good, sometimes they would make breakfast sometimes they don't, depends on their mood. They only prioritize guests who stay for a few nights. we couldn't wait to leave.Rooms: 2/5

This is one of the best places I stayed on the beach front, specious rooms, big bathroom, shower beautifully tiled. Above all thier helping attitude, the lady at the reception was not only knowledgeable but also extremely helping and accommodating. Th only thing let this place down is the curtains, they are semi transparent so at night the street lights comes through but the worst is the morning sun, unfortunately I am accustomed to sleeping in the dark room so I struggle to sleep because of the street lights. I managed to fall asleep pass midnight but woke up by the bright summer sun just after 4, hardly had 4 hours to rest.

An charming guesthouse, that is modern, and above all, very clean! Great ocean views from the upstairs breakfast area, and a communal pause / seating area for those not yet ready to go to bed. Enjoyed my stay here very much. Will definitely recommend to friends and colleagues who will be in East London.

My visit was way below expectations. It cannot be compared to its sister venue which is streets ahead for almost the same price. The shower drain was blocked, the toilet kept on leaking, the bathroom light worked intermittently, the lighting in the room was too dim and there was no bath towel in the room. The attitude of most of the staff was also very mediocre for a place like this. I will definitely try other guesthouses that offer more value for money and service than here.

So far i can't complain have been treated well and place looks tidy and beautiful. Clean tidy setup maybe just needs a painting or two to add more colour but not such a big deal. Outlook of sea from your window

Better than it looks from the outside. Nice spacious room. But just a little bit rough around the edges

The service by all staff, the scrumptious breakfast and exceptional venue makes this one of my top 5 places to REPEAT. The staff is soo amazing they make this place what it is. Highly recommended

Looks really good both inside and out. Well taken care of. Only issue is that some of the receptionists aren't interested in what they do making them unhelpful, otherwise it's great
