One of a kind Nail Bar. From an amazing team to excellent, friendly & professional service. I am so in love with my nails and brows. Truly had such an incredible experience. Norma, Shirley, Angela and the rest of the ladies are absolute stars. I highly recommend them and this has become my new favorite nail salon. Thank you for making my day extra special :.
Had a full manicure and pedicure my boyfriend did as well. The staff are always very welcoming and friendly. Talented nail technicians. They always find a way to fit you in according to your schedule.
I always have the best experience when I do my nails at this place. I’m sure most I’m not all of their nail technicians are good but I always ask for Jolie, who’s pleasant and I can safely say she’s the best nail technician who has ever done my nails. Please keep it up and continue being the leaders in customer experience.
The best experience at The Nail Bar! Vicky who accomodated my last minute request on the phone in such a professional and personable manner, was just exceptional. Rue and Angela who provided the service for pedicure and acrylic manicure were friendly and I absolutely love my nails. There is a sense of cohesion in the way that everyone works together and such a pleasant environment.Services: Pedicure
I'm rating 3 stars, I've done my nails at The Nail Bar Table View for 4 months now and the first set was beautiful, didn't lift or anything so I was extremely excited and couldn't wait to get my nails done by them again. Second set I wasn't happy with as it was not what I asked for and so we changed it. The third set was beautiful but a day later I had to go back as the gelish didn't dry properly and lifted. The fourth set was done and yet again beautiful but I had to go back once again after the one nail lifted again. I am paying for my nails to get done professionally so that I don't have to waste my time to go back to get it fixed a few days later. I am disappointed with the attitudes and dirty looks I received today as this is not my work and I am just the client.
Great nail technician, but customer service at reception is lacking... more attention given to phone calls, rather than client standing waiting for recognition.. i understand that the phone rings but it seems more important than actual client in store.
I never get my nails done, and decided to go for a gel overlay 15th of august. Service was good but not even a week later my nails have started to chip already. That’s R340 down the drain.Service: Manicure
What an amazing first time experience. The staff was very friendly,the service was top notch and the salon is beautiful..My nails and brows look awesome...I am definitely going back...Keep it up ladies
Best service ever i love my nails xxx
Usually a pleasant experience, however, my monthly visit on Saturday, 2nd July left a lot to be desired. The weather outside was terrible with torrential rain and wind. By the time I got to the salon I was soaked, I then had to sit in in the wind from the open door. When the manager was asked if she could close the door, her reply was no it doesn't close. When requested by her staff, who were also freezing, if she could put the heating on, they were told, no it's not cold enough. All this while she was sitting behind the tall desk on her phone, nicely out of the wind and cold. My suggestion, get the door fixed or at least try to keep it closed, otherwise with winter, you will loose both clients and staff who are amazing by the way. Also send your manager on a course where she learns how to treat her clients - this girl is clueless from a person who has been a manager for over 20 years.Service: Manicure
