Weird place. No one greeted me when I walked in, even though they were standing in the back room talking and seeing me. I had to call someone in 5 minutes when my appointment started already. Manicure is horrible if comparing with Ukraine/Russia level. Even for German level it was done very poor; cuticule cut done not accurately, barely done while for clients with dry skin is critical. I asked for gel as my nails were very weak. The lady saw my nails conditions, done the gel for me that started to come off from the top of the nails after 2! days. Luckily, they have the warranty for 2 weeks and I came for it, traveled 30 minutes to be told "It's an hour of work, I cannot do it today" :/ Splendid! 1.5 hours + diesel wasted for nothing! At the second appointment they tried to convince me coming off for the nails is fine to what I contradicted as not for 8/10 nails and not after 3 days. Then the lady blamed my weak nails that I have told them about and they saw it! Blaming the client is normal for them. Luckily I had my nails fixed in better quality, I have them for 1 month already. However, there are bubbles in the gel in 7/10 nails and they are visible, which leads me to the conclusion - the ladies are not accurate with what they are doing. It is a pity they spread suck a low standard in manicure/ nails design industry. They display German service level perfectly as well :/ I would not recommend them to anyone. Next time I will look up a manicure master from Ukraine/Russia/Moldova instead.

Nie wieder!! Von wegen perfect nails und von wegen 2 Wochen Garantie Mir wurde zu einer Nagelverstärkung mit -verlängerung geraten. Nicht nur, dass die Frau, die mir die Nägel gemacht hat, die ganze Zeit abgelenkt, am telefonieren und überhaupt nicht bei der Sache war einen Nagel vergessen, einen beim Entfernen der Schablone direkt wieder abgerissen und das Endergebnis schief und buckelig..., am letzten Tag der zwei Wochen "Garantie" fingen die Nägel dann an, einfach abzufallen. Habe dann sofort angerufen und einen Termin für ein paar Tage später zum reparieren bekommen. Bis zum Termin haben sich immer mehr Nägel gelöst, sodass beim Reparatur-Termin nur noch ein Nagel fest war. Ich war vor ein paar Jahren öfter dort und war immer ganz zufrieden, deshalb dachte ich mir, da gehe ich wieder hin um meine Füße Sommer ready machen zu lassen. Leider bin ich sehr enttäuscht und war überhaupt nicht zufrieden mit meiner Behandlung. Als ich dort eintraf, musste ich zunächst einmal eine halbe Stunde warten. Nachdem mich eine nette Dame nach hinten in den Pediküre Raum begleitet hat, durfte ich direkt Platz nehmen. Neben mir wurde noch eine Kundin behandelt. Es stellte sich heraus, dass die Mitarbeiterin die der Dame neben mir die Fußnägel machte, danach mich behandelt. So musste ich dann nochmal etwa fünfzehn Minuten warten bis die Dame neben mir fertig war, was aber kein großes Problem darstellte, da ich meine Füße schon einmal ins Wasserbad stellen durfte. Negativ ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Mitarbeiterin sich weder die Hände desinfiziert, geschweige denn gewaschen hat, nachdem sie die Füße der Dame neben mir behandelt hat. Auch das Fußbad wurde nach der Kundin nur kurz abgewaschen und nicht desinfiziert oder gereinigt. Die Mitarbeiterin zog sich für den ersten Teil der Behandlung Handschuhe an, was ich gut fand, aber zog diese dann wieder aus und fasste meine Füße weiterhin an. Alles was die Mitarbeiterin machte war sehr lieblos und eher auf „schnell, schnell“. Das fand ich sehr schade. Auch unterhalten hat sich die Mitarbeiterin mit mir nicht. Zu Beginn wurde ich auch nicht gefragt, ob ich etwas trinken möchte. Andere Kundinnen haben ein Getränk angeboten bekommen. Der Nagellack wurde ganz schnell und ohne zwischen den Schichten trocknen zu lassen aufgetragen. Danach durfte ich mich nochmal in den Empfangsbereich setzen und es wurde mir geraten noch einmal etwa eine halbe Stunde zu warten bis der Nagellack trocken ist. Leider war der Lack nach einer Dreiviertelstunde immer noch nicht trocken und dementsprechend sieht die Pediküre auch aus. Schade, ich war früher sehr gerne dort.
