Amazing service A friend celebrated her birthday, and she was surprised with a free birthday shot. The service was impeccable even though the restaurant was full. The food was amazing and the dessert was quite good. Would definitely recommend it for future birthday celebrations or even just a girls night out.
Jerry's Blouberg has been our favorite local burger bar for a few years now. Service has always been good, mostly young waiters / waitresses who are well trained. The restaurant seems well managed with the same owner / manager working almost every time we've popped in. Decor is funky, and nothing beats the view from Jerry's! The burgers are phenomenal, and we seem to always order the same again and again! Their bomb combo is a must order! One good thing about this establishment is that they could serve their entire menu while it was loadshedding. We will continue to be back again and again. We had a blast yesterday visiting Jerry's Burger Bar for the 1st time ever. I can't believe I have never been there in the time living in Cape Town. The vibe is amazing, and the cocktails are definitely worth the visit as they have a wide variety to choose from, and then comes the food. Oh goodness, it's amazing. We had the Crumbed mushrooms and goodness me it was amazing, definitely ordering that again and for mains, we had some nachos but we also shared some food with the other people around the table their Sweet Patatochips is also amazing and the onion rings - Basically Everything on the menu is something to dream about ... There are the coolest decorations in the restaurant and a cool play area for older kiddies to play in it is also very neat and clean, and with a large smoking section if you wish to smoke while enjoying some yummy foodies. For a large group, they do not have a "split the bill" option, but they so support Zapper that is so convenient to use and tips are 12%. I did not see a Wheelchair accessible entrance into the restaurant as we made use of some stairs. In the parking bay, there is parking for Jerry's clients. After eating, you can enjoy a stroll down the sea side as it is right across the restaurant. Was a bit cold and windy outside, be sure to take a jacket. But the food was great, was happy hour between 4 and 6. Service and cocktails were great! Nice deco as well!
We had lunch with colleagues that I would now consider friends. The atmosphere was great and the waitress read us very well. When we were in conversation she gave us space but when we wanted service she was there. We never felt rushed. The food was delicious and we also had a view of the sea. Although it was cold outside, it was nice and warm inside. Wheelchair accessibility: There are stairs as it is located on the first floor. I didn't see an elevator. I would say that it is not wheelchair friendly.

Service wasn't great. Nobody checked on us during meal, we had to wave servers down for extra drinks. Chips were not great, tacos was actually good...had the pulled pork. Milkshake was good as well. Burger was a bit disappointing...location on the other hand is fantastic. It was my son's birthday was hoping to get dessert, perhaps with a happy birthday...but didn't bother...
Visited on a few occasions, twice in the last week. The service is generally good, great selection of beers on tap, and massive burger selection. The venue in Blouberg offer amazing sunset views and the vibe is festive, while catering for kids too. All round winner for a beer & burger vibe! Ciao SB
The service was a little disappointing that it took away from the expected beautiful experience and ambiance of the restaurant. Our waitress was so inattentive from the moment we sat down at our table, both our drinks and meals were brought by other waitresses, she did not once come to check on us to see if anything else was required or if we were doing okay we actually got served whisky in a cracked tumbler. This eventually led us to go and sit at the bar because my partner needed a drink. The barman looked like he was coming down from a major come down of some sort and he insisted that I leave my car keys to keep a tab open at the bar. Other guests who sat on both sides to us were not asked for any form of valuable to have the same privilege. The staff hygiene was a little concerning as there were a bunch of waitresses eating and having something to drink in plain site of the guests, some of the wait staff also kept running their hands through their hair and immediately would take food to a table or serve drinks without sanitizing their hands. The restaurant is a beautiful space that was recommended to me and I was a little disappointed by the level of service received this afternoon. On my next visit I would love to see that the staff are being more hygiene conscious and a little less profiling from the white staff.
The views are spectacular, with massive glass windows all around; it feels like Table Mountain is the table next to you! The decor is superb. This place has a great vibe, a wide variety of cocktails and beers, and the burgers we had were possibly the best we've ever had. The burgers are a must! Not too oily - but tasty. The sauces are rich & creamy and marinated perfectly. There are no doubts that it's the first place on the list when having a beach day. The staff is vibrant and adds to a party vibe—excellent service with a smile.
