My absolute favourite mall. Always an excellent shopping experience and has all the stores I need. I love that It is not too big to walk the entire mall flat. There is also just about everything to do for the whole family. Entertainment, food, shopping, groceries, markets, indoor and outdoor activities... you name it.
A very popular and luxurious mall, with everything you wish for, all the top places, Can get very busy from the afternoon onwards so best to visit in the morning! Probably the nearest in terms of a mega mall to shop, dine, get those particular items in the departments , our local malls in the Durban area do not have! The restaurant area is a sight to experience and apart from a Macdonalds restaurant not in the mix here, all the popular places and those you can’t find in Durban are here! Going into a restroom, a light and marble tunnel today got going a bit crazy! Excellent facilities once inside and very clean! In general a mall with awesome decor, huge key departments but not a mall for the average! I find MUSGRAVE at home and my most favorite place!
It's a really beautiful place. There is a floor with many food stores, didn't know which one to choose but I'll definitely be going back to try Thai food Can't wait! Many places are good for taking beautiful pictures
Great place to shop. Variety of stores to suit your needs from clothing, home decor, kiddies toys, beauty and health, furniture stores. A lovely atmosphere and not forgetting the food court and restaurants. Ample parking. You will never be disappointed. Great savings if you want to do your Xmas shopping early
Very beautiful and large shopping center. It busy in the festive but also convenient
I love the mall as it has variety of shops that you can shop from. I love the fact that they have a section in their roof top dedicated to small businesses where we can support our local entrepreneurs. The only improvement i would like to see is their parking machines to incorporate card facility.
Good products on offer. Shopping center is clean and inviting. A very happy environment inside. Only downfall is some shops do not have working air conditioning. The parking lots have a lot of people hanging around playing music. This can be a little concerning when walking to your car alone. More security guards patrolling actively would be helpful especially in the holiday season.
Went to Kingsley Heath for a quick in and out. The service was top notch! Made us feel like a VIP from the moment we walked in, to the moment we were walked to the door, then handed our shopping bag. Love the design and set up of the fitting rooms.
The games and food court is the bomb.. Also lots of clothing stores, good place to spend a day with the kids or on your own, or even get lunch with your partner/family
The mall has a wide variety of shops which caters for every thing imaginable. The floors do need a good clean though. and the good court needs an upgrade on their seating and tables. Overall, it's a good mall to do your monthly shopping at.
