This is our first month in this complex but already our double roller foldable mop is missing. I think there's theft happening around this complex. The complex is absolutely beautiful but now we have to buy a new mop. Funny hey!

It's a beautiful complex with enough space for kids to play. It's ground floor units and each one has a garden at the back. Easy to find as well

I had a terrible experience with the above mentioned company,  I  paid a deposit and at the end of my Agreement, they refused to reimburse me , they made up all kinds of excuses, the wall was dirty etc , I was forced  to relocate due to the criminal activities around this complex, Cable theft is one of the biggest problem around this Complex, It is also very Dark in the Evening. I would give the property a Rating of 3 STARS BUT THE MANAGEMENT A BIG BIG ZERO.

Was visiting a friend of mine and I was so relaxed when I was there, I think it's a nice place to hang around with family or friends.. ‍

Best place in the Westrand,  very well maintained complex.

Security is pretty tight. That's a good characteristic

I love the complex, so neat and beautiful... Already submitted my application!
