Delhiem Village

Been staying here for 3 years now. Can get a bit noisy especially month end due to its popularity amongst students as it it closer to UJ and Wits. Wish the body corporate could do a little bit more in terms of maintenance and keeping the place clean and orderly.

The place is generally great. Fair value for money. However I don't know if anything can be done about the horrendously noisy helicopters constantly fly to and from the nearby Milpark Hospital

It’s clear that this was way up there many years ago, now, it’s defenitely NOT value for the many we pay to stay here. 1. The building are infested with roaches, there’s just too many of them. 2. No fumigation. We had a pest control company come in to help with the roaches problem because it’s even difficult to cook, and the guy is an expert he even said that they problem was too great to be dealt with by fumigating just 1 room 3. The pavements, on the drive way and the parking area- there are potholes everywhere 4. The kitchen, the cupboards and stoves are old no matter how you scrub the stoves because they’ve been used by people for decades who burn like I do sometimes, they can never get clean. The cupboards are old with grease, just disgusting! 5. Security doesn’t seem to be as active, the guards don’t do checks when visitors come in out, they always look abit tired As a result my partner and I are moving out, after just 4 months here.

Well run and maintained to a good standard. Convenient for students and young couples. Security is good.

Safe and within walking distance to milpark business school and UJ Banting Road. close to reach vaya, SABC offices, campus square, milpark hospital and Ampath offices

Great complex, it is environmental friendly, it is not harmful to children, it has a swimming pool and has tight security

Clean well maintained. Friendly staff

This place is nice for family and is cheap too

Its a good place to rent in. Every sophisticated

Private but not detached from society. And the rooms are big.
