It's ayt. Some buildings weren't up to standard, one of the beds were broken. Cool place that needs some care and love, it would then be restored to its former glory.

I was there a few days ago to enquire about prices and if the place is actually still open as the buildings are in a very bad state, it doesn't seem well cared for any more. The service at the reception was actually quite good, the lady answered all our questions and said most things are operating apart from the pools for now. There are still animals for the game drive, there's canoeing and picnics to mention the few things I can Recall. The prices are actually quite fair if not low. The upkeep of the place is really not pleasant.

It's sad man... kak sad. I never thought I'll see what I saw here. The place used to be the best I hope whoever owns the place makes a plan. But there's still potential shame... the animals though.

We booked our year end function in advance. When we arrived, our space had been double booked. We waited for more than an hour for it to be sorted out. The alternative was for us to eat at the restaurant. We'd have to wait another hour for food to be prepared. The service was just terrible. We ended up cancelling and going to Spur instead.

Staff need to be more friendly and helpful....... And more bords need to be visible to show where to go...... Life guards need to be more visible and allert....... And the can for sure change the music....... I think as to charge a group of 30 people it depends on who...... Maybe schools can get a little discount on from R15 per child as per age up to R25 - R30 and adults from R40 per person hope it helps....

Very beautiful and natural. I love nature and so do my family. Loved watching the wild animals in their game reserve especially the white lions.

We stayed at the Glasshouse in the honeymoon suite over the weekend. Although the place has a lot of potential, there is no attention to detail. The linen is stained, we had no hot water as the geyser was switched off and only one cup was placed in the room for morning coffee Definitely not value for money and very disappointing.

We booked the honeymoon suite. This place is disgusting!!! From small OLD towels and no toiletries to no coffee or tea to revolting bedding that looks old and dirty. TV prob 30x30cm with not one channel working!!! Called reception from my phone about an hour ago for coffee and still waiting!! Will never come back!! If the Honeymoon suite is this pathetic I don't want to know how the other rooms look!!! PS I took photos but can't load them.

Staff is rude-ish. Pools are dirty Rooms have deteriorated. Some dont have lights lol. Sometimes there is no water? 0/10 recommend.

Space is very convenient, the atmosphere is great. Accommodation available and easy to find when traveling to it. Workers are very friendly, its a really peaceful place. Definitely will be back
