Crooks. Bought 20 lengths of wood decking 4.8. Gave me 2 lenghts that was shorter and refuse to take responsibility.... i will not accept this we will take this to the consumer board and even further.

They have knowledgeable and helpful staff, but all the H3 and H4 pine I've purchased from them wasn't cured/dried properly at all, so I had to air dry it myself for a few months. The problem is that it warps like crazy when unbundled. When left bundled for a few weeks they become moldy. A couple of expensive H4 beams unusable due to warping, and seeping sap too. Poor quality that will cost you lots of time and effort to turn into a quality project. Had to run everything through a thicknesser to get the mold off to paint. Ridiculous. EDIT: Thank you for the response. I understand that fixing the timber while wet would work, but this is not viable for many reasons. Firstly, best practice when wanting to apply a sealer to the wood would be to apply it to surfaces before fixing them together, yet the wood needs to be dry for a sealer to be applied as advised by your sales team. Secondly, even if I weren't painting before fixing, DIY building a fence requiring posts to be concreted into the ground takes time, especially if waiting for the concrete to set properly. The posts started twisting within a week in the sun. I understand all the points you've made, but why not just supply dry wood to avoid all these problems? Cost-cutting / rubbish supplier is my guess. This is why I will go somewhere else from now on and avoid headaches.

Good service, have a very wide selection of sizes and lengths of poles. Have all attaching products. One stop shop for all products to build a pole project. Pricing expensive but products are good. The only downside is check the poles u getting some are badly cracked. But in overall excellent experience and very helpful.

Best place to obtain wood material for outdoor and indoor projects. All wood is treated for outdoor elements. Very friendly and helpful staff. Way more affordable than other DIY companies.

Limited parking might be an issue. Great range of dog kennels and wendy houses at wonderful prices. Proud to call myself a patron of this wonderful establishment.

Was helped with a deck and the service I got was excellent they can cater for all your outside poles ,latte and more as need ,they also manufacture items as required .
