Prices are good, service is not so good. I think they are understaffed especially on the weekend. Parking is not very adequate

Super efficient, I called the store the morning after 2 rings sales associate answers, I get to the store the guy that assisted me tells me and calculated how much tiles and other things I needed, got me transport, packaged my stuff and I was out. Mind you I was walking with the guy who tiles geez the associate was more clued up! Im definitely going back for all my building materials and supplies top quality team. I would have gone to CTM too but I asked for a discount the associates assistant made me rethink the discount I actually wanted to pay more….thank you so much team! I’m coming back tomorrow to buy more stuff I’ll be broke if you keep up the work!

Not in a good, safe area. Not my kind of place. If you looking for cheap tiles come hear. Lady did not know her tiles and the porcelain tiles where very thin.

Poor experience. Good guys but bad customer service. Lack knowledge of products they are selling. Wasted my time

Good Day Two weeks ago I bought PVC ceiling only to find out that most of them are damage! Your service at the Bellville store was excellent except for your delivery time. Who delivers at 7:34 on a saterday evening!!!

Even thou they were helpful and friendly while I selected my goods ,howerever things ddnt go to smooth at the paypoint. My card was swiped ,payment went through on my account but error on theirs,I left the store without my goods or a reversal of payment on my account, I was promised they will sort it out and get back to me that was Friday 30th Oct . Today Tuesday 3rd November I called the store and was told they will email H/O and get back to me .Its end of day!!! Very unhappy client
