Owner Gisela Rathbone, who established the hotel in 2005 with her late husband, Russel, is actively involved in the day-to-day running of the business. Assisted by a staff compliment of close to 60, her hands-on approach and attention to detail ensure that high levels of service are always met.
The front desk is managed from 6am to 10pm daily, and there is always a Duty Manager on site, 24-hours a day.
Our head chef, Martin Sara, heads up a team of accomplished chefs who have guests returning time and again for their culinary delights.
