Town Lodge Nelspruit

In my experience in hospitality, I would definitely recommend putting a small bar fridge in the rooms. You get guests that have some beverages or other things that need refrigeration. I think for the price you pay, that would definitely be an option . Then when you check it they say breakfast starts at 6 am. But when you get there, only the continental is ready. But otherwise rooms are beautiful and amazing

We have stayed here for over 10 years. Sadly the dine in menu once ordered takes waaay too long to serve, ordered at 7pm and it's 8:41pm when food arrived. Bit of a let down, tried it, will rather order food from restaurants next time. Rooms always clean neat and works. Beds need to be replaced they're a bit worn but still comfortable for me. Service has been always a pleasure apart from the dine in experience. Will be back always just the dine in service needs more servicing.

Really happy, staff at reception were super friendly. Rooms were really clean as was the bathrooms and towels We were greeted by all the staff with smiles and real friendliness. Will visit again, tks guys.Rooms: 5/5

The roadloge and town are situated on the same property but the town lodge is a little more expensive, and the breakfast is much better, and they do have bacon served with breakfast. The rooms are fairly similar fitted with air-conditioning and they have backup power even if there is load shedding. The appearance and the lobby has be done up. The showers are bigger and the toilet space is much better than the road lodge in Nelspruit. I have been to other road lodges and there all differ very slightly. There is a message on the key card that between 17h00 to 19h00 half price on all drinks. Food & drinks: Between 17h00 to 19h00 half price on drinks

Love the place, peace full. Very clean and neat. Staff well presented and friendly Rooms: Neat and very clean rooms. Just need a small fridge for all rooms. Safety: Safe access with guards so limited access

Booked the hotel for 24th to 26th of December 2022. the corridors leading to the room had this smell of cigarette. the room too was smelling bad. the hotel for its price offers no water in the rooms, no hotel service number to call, the service does not even deserve 1 star.Rooms: 1/5

The place is great, the staff where helpful. The breakfast is very good. Awesome location near all town facilities. The absence of lifts make difficult for elders to climb for 2nd floor. But is a great place to stay.

My stay was wonderful, i was allowed to check in earlier. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the ice machine, and water dispenser. There is even a shoe cleaner. The staff are friendly and breakfast was amazing. You will see me again!

The breakfast staff and the GM white lady are very rude and undermining. The nerve of complaining about a stupid croissant I only had 1 and 2 as a takeaway not sure if she was try to embarrass me or what but it was unnecessary especially if i am a paying guest! And also paying for a lunch pack! The rooms carpets are filthy and there are roaches.
