I've been a client of this branch since they opened their doors and my family have purchased many vehicles from them and referred a lot of people here. This time around was my first bad experience. Service department staff was not able to handle the amount of clients and I was waiting for almost 20 minutes before one of the courtesy vehicle drivers recognized me and came to assist me. The service levels have definitely taken a tumble and I hope that this was just an isolated incident.

Always good service! Did a trade-in on my vehicle through Colette and she offered exceptional service. Tonya in finance where fast and friendly and went the extra mile! If you thinking of buying or trading in your Toyota I can definitely recommend this Toyota garage. Vehicle services are treated professionaly and all staff are very friendly! 10/10 rating

Wanted to buy my first car so I had got many quotes from different dealerships. Menlyn gave me the highest quote, then when I was nearly close to sending in my paperwork at another dealership, they bettered the quote by R1k. But when I asked about other fees and things they initially said I had to pay for, the got frustrated and sent me an email to go with the other dealership. I had friends who I was going to refer to them. I won't, cause they don't have patience to answer my questions and they just load the quote with unnecessary on the road fees which is illegal and netstar activation fees which u apparently do through the Toyota app. Beware. The only good thing was the finance lady was very nice in explaining the process of buying a car that is financed.

Pathetic. Made me come here at 11:30 only to still be sitting here waiting more than an hour while the vehicle is still on the lift for a normal routine service and they haven't even started with wheel balancing and alignment. How to ruin the holidays; book at Menlyn Toyota. Hopefully we will be out of here before Christmas.

Fraudulent activity at this place I have been trying to make a appointment the last month while my mileage was at the right amount but they kept failing to schedule or had to reschedule every time i had a appointment ,now finally i took my car now they are denying my free car service becuase the mileage is over yet they are the ones that forced me to keep driving? Also i called a day in advance for a shuttle but they order a BOLT for my girlfriend where she felt unsafe and was catcalled the whole way Bolt even gave the driver her number cant believe Toyata wil steal from their customers and put them im danger in the same breath and to no suprise im told my breaks are broken yet i had the car tested not long before ... I NEED CONTACT TO MANAGER OR HEAD OFFICES ASAP. Update - In the service book stands cleary my free service is given so long the mileage hasn't pass 30 000 i brought the car in at less then 22 000 .

Good Day, I’m very disappointed in the response I have received from Toyota Menlyn. I took my car in on the 21st of July for service and all was good and fine even the service manager told me about certain things in my car. The problem came when I was looking for my service book by the end of August, I called the service agent who was looking after my car and I told him that my service book seems to be missing and the only time my service book will be handled is when it comes for a service, he said he will call me after looking into it. He never did I called and visited the dealership and he again promised to call me back and he still hasn’t. It’s over 3 weeks now and I’m still waiting for the call and the solution to my lost service book.

Well I am happy to say and proud to admit. Toyota go that extra mile to satisfy all their clients. I have yet to be proved wrong. Clients we can't complain. Marcus

My wife’s Rav 4 has done 30,000km. Brake pads are still in good condition service consultants words, but the one disc is worn and must be replaced. How is it possible for brake pads to outlast discs and only one disc needs replacement. Not a warrantee claim according to them. Last time any of my vehicles will be serviced here, they simply do not take any accountability.
