Yo it was a bad experience after the bus hit a kudu we waited for 5 hours for a technician to come and fix the lights. We were supposed to reach Joburg at 8am but we were there at 14h00. The problem is with the company because their drivers are good people.

The service is very poor ,we had to wait for 3 hours inside the bus waiting for a driver and I don't think I will take this bus again.

First the bus arrive late @11:30 instance of 7:30 secondly the toilet in the bus smells,the office in Pe is not neat at all..Bus got stuck in Sheffield,Waited a for hours for a  bus  from Cape Town to come and pick us up..arrived 2days in Cape Town from P.E..if it was up to mean I would not have given them a star they don't deserve it .

I love the service. Have been using it for years now. Always on time with pick up and friendly staff

Wasn't on any of their busses yet get pestered to rate a non existent service

The City to City bus never arrived waiting for 3 hours. Call centre numbers were all offline. Not sure if these guys are even running or just stealing money from people.

It was bad, the air conditioning wasn't working. The heat was too bad.

Unfortunately was told no USB ..old bus...arrived late due to breakdown...

Worst experience of my life! Made a million stops on the way from Durban to Port Elizabeth 27/01/2022 with zero communication. The cherry on top was when I arrived for my return trip I was told the bus was cancelled and I couldn't get a refund for the ticket I bought.
