Only God knows the mistake I made booking a intercape bus back home to Durban from Port Elizabeth. I am so disappointed, angry and frustrated sitting in this bus right now 1. The bus has been driving with us for over 6 hours with no stops for us as passengers to stretch our legs, get some refreshments or use the toilet. 2. The toilet on the bus - words can not describe how filthy it is. It's actually literally stinking. It's so unsanitary and we just stuck to hold our business cause of this and the bus not stopping. 3. This is the most uncomfortable I have ever sat in a bus. The seat are so close to each other a number of people is sitting with the legs in the aisles to try and get comfy and not to mention how horribly uncomfortable the seats are. Bus number 702 from Port Elizabeth to Durban Today 14 August 2023 at 17:30 did not only arrive late which cause for our 15 hour journey to start later but now it seems almost like the drivers want to make up for the time they were late by letting us suffer with no use of a clean toilet and no refreshments for the trip despite kids being aboard . It's really bad man. I'm so disappointed. Definitely would've been worth it paying an extra R1000. 00 for a flight then to drive 15+ hours under these conditions. There's not even water available in the bus I can hear how people is complaining that they can't even wash hands. So bad yasis
I don't know what happened to this bus, because nowadays this bus is not punchual at all, but funny how, it can leave you even if you're one minute late when it's on time... leaves you right there as you're standing by the gate looking at it. Seriously I don't get this... They don't even bother to tell SMS, CALL OR EMAIL us as customers whenever the bus is delaying... I don't like this and I don't wish anyone to experience what I'm going through right now as we're standing outside at night here in Perridgeville Port Elizabeth. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT AT ALL
Let's ring the bells to the two gentlemen in charge of bus 117 from Port Elizabeth, Monday evening. They created a warm environment for the passengers. I enjoyed their soft and soothing music played throughout this trip.. I really enjoyed my journey
Beautiful station. 5 Star rated and gives the full luxuries facilities you can get. Worth the price you pay. Never disappoint. It's my number one bus. Have always used it and I don't think I'll be changing. However be wise when picking tickets. Feel free to ask anything whether they have put you in a wrong bus or not.
The bus delayed us to our destination by 2 full hours they should fix their buses and ensure that it's road worthy and working proper. I'd never forget bus number 601...
The Bus service is quite good and reasonably on time, only the drop off point in PE, feels very unsafe and confusing as some busses stop in front of Feather Market Hall and some down at the Old Transtel Building.
We had lost our luggage ticket in PE. The bus driver, Johannes Chiliza, undertook to locate the luggage once the bus was in Durban, keep us in the loop, and bring the suitcase back to us, which he did!!!! Wonderful service! 5 stars!
They are a professional staffing well informed and make good recommendations of when is the best time to catch a bus.
I booked mainliner but they gave us budgetliner and it's not comfortable
They are dropping the standard now....Bus was late with more than an hour and the staff told me straight they don't know where it is...And the driver of 173 was a rude zulu man,I acknowledge it was the first time I experince that from your driver and I have been using Intercape for years
