Food was good but quality was average. Such as microwaved rolls, buffalo wings overpowered with sauce and dry inside. Greek salad was excellent! The appearance was good but poor lighting.Recommended dishesRoll, Wings, Filtered Coffee

Not a bad experience for lunch, and the food was good and well-presented. Waited around 40 minutes for an order of burgers and chicken, and the server was friendly and attentive, without being intrusive - a good balance. It wasn't too busy and it was a pretty good experience. Want to send Luqman a shoutout for getting the order right first time, as we were very specific.

Breakfast mayhem ... Will probably be dinner before we get served Service was slow , order came out one by one and not altogether like it's supposed to. Toast came first , 5 mins later the coffee with no milk and we wanted milk. 10 mins later the food came without my extra portion of onion rings. So we had cold coffee and toast and the onion rings arrived when I was done with the meal Waiters running around like headless chickens and just saying yes but not helping at all Clearly this Spur can't handle volume so be prepared and be patient

Like all Spur steak ranches it is a great place for ribs, steaks, chops, grills with its signature sauces I tend to enjoy the snitzels and nachos which is always a treat Service was sort of average or satisfactory, it should be noted that the manager on duty was on point Dietary restrictions: Halaal which was great!

Had breakfast this morning. Firstly we waited 50 minutes for our food and our waiter was nowhere to be found. She brings my daughter's tea with no lid on the teapot but a saucer. Eventually I get my breakfast with my coffee but no saucer and teaspoon. Told the lady at the till about our experience she just looked at us with a funny look no apologies. Won't be back.

My waiter Kashiefah was lovely, thank you for being so polite. As for the quality of your food I am disgusted, my kids ordered mac & cheese and when they received it and started eating it was sour!!!! The cheese sauce was sour! The manager then proceeds to have the chef confirm this and he spat it out instantly, the manager then asked my kids what else they would like to eat, the one had a cheese pizza and the other some chicken nuggets served with a portion of old chips, your store inconvenienced my kids and you still had the audacity to charge me for it. I had a half portion of Malva pudding that was like rubber!

The waiters have passion for their jobs. Having someone with a smile serve you and constantly come to your table just incase you're in need of their assistance is out of this world. I am glad I finally found Spur catering halaal food. I will definitely go there again. Their food and portion are satisfying. The atmosphere around the place is something else. I'm glad I had my launch there.

Came to Spur tonight. Rosie advised there is a 45 minute waiting time which I appreciated since I had the option to choose whether to eat here or somewhere else. I chose to stay at the restaurant. Rosie brought us to our table as the restaurant was packed to capacity. Andiswa was our server and was running around serving alot of tables. She offered us water, albeit forgetting we are 3 diners and not 2. We ended up not waiting too long for our meals about 20 minutes and Andiswa more than made up for the earlier slip up. The evening went well until Kaashief had an altercation with Rosie in front of diners. Andiswa had to tell Kaashief to tone it down. He continued on and I must admit it put a damper on our evening hence the 3 star rating. I trust management will address this with him so other diners don't have to experience similar in future. Kid-friendliness: Game area with CCTV for parents.

Very disappointed ! I had a terrible experience at spur in ottery. Firstly waited so long for our order customers who came way after us was being served first. The waiter eventually came with food that was a bit cold like it had been standing there and forgotten about. The steak was under seasoned and got our drinks order wrong. When we asked the waiter to taste our drink she responded she can't and will send it back. She apologized and said the machine did not have Sprite coming out only soda water and the incorrect flavour was given. The cherry on top was I was over charged and the bill needed to be amended. This was ridiculous I've never had this experience at spur before. We complained to the manager and his response was his sorry the end wow . I will never go to this branch again
