Spur....Pinelands

Great food and good presentation - looks like the pictures on the menu. Service was a little slow but Zola was friendly and pleasant. Good steady turnover of tables while we were there which shows it is a popular place.Food: 5/5

We Celebrated our Church Rock Kids Connect ,it was Wonderful. Quick service ,the food was fresh and tasty and the Manager always checking if all ok most of all the kids had so much Fun‍Thank you Cincinnati Spur.

What a horrible experience! Took the family for a breakfast, took a while to get our food, but some items were not brought to the table. My eggs were like rubber, seems like it was cooked Ina microwave, not fried. When I complained, I received lots of attitude, rolling of eyes... that I just didn't eat. Paid our bill and left. Just an all round horrible experience after the revamp and change in ownership. @the new owner... it's your staff that will derail your success. Good luck.

Newly refurbished, a job well done keeping the familiar Spur theme. Our table of six all had their meals delivered at the same time. The burgers were highly rated. The ribs while tasty, where not fall off the bone tender. We'd happily go back for another meal.Food: 4/5

Avoid this place like the plague. Went there yesterday, Monday, 30/01/2023 - "Burger Night" Place is small, cramped and stuffy. Walk ways are so tight, waiters constantly dropping dishes all over. That's not the worst, I ordered a cheese burger, dry, what tasted like microwave chips, my Wife ordered the rib burger and mentioned it's quite bitter. That was it, she's been spewing her guts out ever since, needless to say she caught a case of food poisoning. Avoid, Avoid, I repeat Avoid this place! If I could I'd give them a -5

A friend ordered a combo with ribs. Was not happy with the ribs. It's jot as the advertising says.... succulent and fall.off the bone thing... was abit disappointed Food: 4/5

3 star only because as arriving 40 mins after opening was told by manager at entrance staff has just arrived negative greeting not a good start. got seated at a table with pieces of chicken schnitzel from night before, food and coffee was delivered in good time for kitchen opening late..but could taste it in the chips, manager seemed overwhelmed dealing with admin so didn't bring it up with him, I'll be back because they have been better in the past.

We each had a hamburger. The patty was flavourful and done right. The fries were hot and tasty, the onion rings were cold. The service was smart and friendly. The salad dressing container was nearly empty and so were those at all neighbouring tables. We had to request useable salad dressing botles
