Ultimate Athlete is the only gym I've been a member of where I actually attend consistently. Wayde Kennedy is an amazing trainer who has helped me with post-partum recovery. No class is the same, I am consistently making improvements and no muscle group is ignored. The gym is an independent gym where there are multiple classes offered throughout the day, but you can also workout on your own. I also really enjoy the people who attend classes - just great, down-to-earth like-minded folks.
If you are looking for a solid workout, this is the place to go. Instructors are excellent and are able to tailor the workout to meet your needs. I can assure you that you will leave feeling as though your body can't take much more. Highly recommend Ultimate Athlete for everyone.
I don't always go to gym, but when I do! Fantastic positive environment for people of all fitness levels — classes where you can work out at your own pace, but you *will* feel it. Mostly happy feelings.
I had the pleasure of visiting Ultimate Athlete gym recently, and I have to say, it was an incredible experience. Wayde, the owner, was extremely hands-on and went above and beyond to give me a personalised workout that was tailored specifically to my needs and goals. The facilities were top-notch, clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary equipment. Wayde's attention to detail and care for my progress were impressive. He checked in with me throughout the workout to ensure proper form and technique. I highly recommend Ultimate Athlete gym and Wayde to anyone looking for a personalised workout experience. Five stars all around!
Fantastic Personal guidance and support for achieving your Health Goals. If you want to train for: Hiking Kilimanjaro or Everest ; Cycling Wine to Whale or Epic; Running Two Oceans or Marathon des Sables; or Life goals of fight off the cupcake effect - Ulimate Athlete Is for you. Great Trainers with interesting and curious personalties. They only want you to succeed in your Goals. Highly recommend!
Wayde is a phenomenal trainer and meticulous when it comes to good form and training responsibly.
Excellent down to earth workouts. Definitely get your moneys worth, Wayde makes sure of that. And he knows what he’s doing, seems to have loads of knowledge and experience.
Amazing environment. Trainers are world class. Highly recommended!
