I had no one to assist me with operating these things and that was a little scary but somebody eventually helpedbut all in all it's a fine establishment with great staff. It was super clean that day. Although they don't show the movie on timethe movie played after over 20 minutes, I did have a great time. I'd give this place a solid 7/10.
Well maintained & kept clean. A thanks to the housekeeping staff. All other staff are also very helpful and friendly. The theatre is a cashless environment, only cards accepted.
Highly professional, helpful ladies that helped me both at choosing my movie and my treats. The small popcorn felt like a large and the movie was very clean, bathrooms clean, and I loved that they will go the extra mile to assist their customers!!
Extremely bad service in the Prestige! So disappointed! Apparently you have to buy tickets online the get the Prestige service????
Me and my family went to Vaal Mall Sterkinekor this past Sunday with the hopes of a good family experience. After getting the SHOCKINGLY expensive tickets we went on to get the snacks and go see the movie. Arriving at our seats I was disgusted at the look of it, it was very dirty and did not even seem like a cleaning crew went in after the previous movie. I felt extremely uncomfortable to sit there. One of our seats was smeared with chocolate, all of the seats had popcorn spices all over and the drink holders were very sticky and dirty. I went to one of the staff members to ask if they could maybe clean it before the movie starts. A cleaner came and just said they do not have, in her precise words "chocolate cleaner", I went on and ask if they do not have a wet cloth, where she again replied "no". I then asked her if they do not have something which we can temporarily put on the seat because we did not want our clothes to be full of chocolate after watching a movie, she came back with a plastic bag see photos and an terrible attitude. I was very disappointed with this, as this is not a cheap everyday thing to do anymore, so for the price I paid I at least expect a clean seat. I do hope this reaches someone with the authority to do something about it. Maybe buy some cleaning equipment for the ster-kinekor branches.
Great clean nice experience. Unfortunately it is now cashless and there are no toilets at the Cine itself.
Not good, people took seats that belong to them, there's no order where we purchase tickets, everyone wanted to be on the order machines
Great place to watch new, released movies. It's unbelievable that so many screens don't work where you print tickets. Also, my 2nd time ordering online at STER KINEKOR VAAL and when I want to print my tickets it gives an error "problem printing tickets"

It's what you expect of a cinema.I wasn't impressed that they don't take cash.....but I guess that's the franchise rule.The service was very good and we still got to see our movie in time
