Very disappointed with the Nu Metro and Trade Route Mall. They just decide to not show a movie that was supposed to be shown at 11h00 as per the Nu Metro website. Some communication should have been given to customers conveying this change. But you only find this out when you go to the theatre to book the tickets. Such a huge inconvenience amd very disappointing

Not too busy, staff is welcomingand friendly. Quick ticket booking.
Loved the movie vip section was awesome ND comfy

Tickets are affordable, the service that the staff gives is 10/10, theater is always clean.

All round good screens, a little dim tho. Some dark scenes makes it difficult to see, at times. Excellent customer service, charming staff members.
We enjoyed the experience. Movie was great. Service was great; staff friendly and helpful. Cinema and foyer clean and attractive.
