I thrive on a great relaxing massage. A challenge is the adequate training of masseurs; i think an experienced lady would start with a set of questions before she handles you like a piece of wood that needs oiling? When you go for a massage ... whats your objective. I appreciate that people have different pressure points and in fact even ' sore points'. Hence the need to ascertain .. What I feel is this: the word massage yells out a feeling of relaxation..soothing.... zoning out to someone giving you a hour of gentle caring hands. I expect to be pampered. I dnt go for a rub down and most certainly I dnt want to leave in pain. To get the " rubbing down" is not my idea of a massage. R550 to leave unsatisfied is a big ouch in my pocket However, let me add that the staff at the Spa as always wonderful. The atmosphere and neatness is faultless and most of all I hve got great service in the past. My review is for today's massage.
A superb place to get that well deserved massage. From relaxing to deep tissue, it's always perfect. The therapist here are phenomenal. Great prices.
The most awful massage my wife and me couple massage room received for many years We went there to relax... and it wasn't... the two ladies were skilled but didn't take care of our demand. Whe asked them to be gentle, soft... but we got a lot of stress and pain.. for more than two days. We asked again during the massage to stop and be more gentle but nothing. The manager at the desk is not friendly and smiled only after we paid... never again and drive far from this place
Sam is amazing, they actually listen to what you want. They found areas of concern and attended to it, I was recommended to another therapist to sort out an issue. Good value for money, good facilities. Friendly staff.
