EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
1.To instill in each learner a self-pride based on Christian values and norms.
2.To lead every learner to attain personal values and self-discipline.
3.To help each learner to grow to his/her full potential through quality education and fair disciplinary procedures
4.To develop each learner’s self-confidence through his/her involvement in the wide spectrum of activities that the school offers.
5.To create an active relationship between the community, the parents and the teachers.
6.Problem solving rather than the mechanical memorizing of facts will be the focus in our education
7.Preference will be given to the needs of each individual through the educational process

Voortrekker is ‘n moderne hoërskool met ‘n Christelike etos wat ten doel het om seuns en dogters wat deur die medium van Afrikaans (en vanaf 2009 ook Engels) onderrig wil word, holisties as gebalanseerde lede van die breë samelewing in ‘n gelukkige opvoedingsmilieu op te voed. Die strewe na uitnemendheid en balans bevestig Voortrekker se aansien as skool en verseker dat die leerders toegerus word vir die eise van die tyd.
