Excellent and joyful service. Christina is an asset to the company and the driver is a gem. My dogs are usually extremely stressed at a doggy parlour. This was a breeze.

I don’t usually write reviews on places but I thought this needed one. Hazel is our beautiful cocker baby. She is +- 1.5 years old and recently we noticed that home baths are just not good enough mom is lacking trimming competencies. So we decided on having her visit a doggy parlour. Because she is so precious to us we did our homework on selecting the best groomer based on reviews. So Brendan Ferns took her to Wag-a-Tail today. The staff were so friendly and they looked so well after our little Hazie. You might not know but Hazel is quite a scared girl but the staff were patient and groomed her perfectly!! We are so satisfied. I would definitely make use of their services again - shortly!!

Had my 2 Schnauzers there today....super happy!! Well organized, friendly service, clean premises and very reasonable priced. Now a customer for life!

Although I didn't use their services. And to be fair I haven't been there. I was put off by the way the phone was answered. And the lack of knowledge on what a wire haired terrior is.

We have been using the parlour for years. They give our schnauzer a nice trim and keep good notes regarding our preferences. They also have a van. We live close by so we don't make use of their collection service
