If one gets hold of anyone, they are great and I love the fact that they have a delivery service. The problem is that the phone often doesn't work or nobody answers it. They prefer emails, however they also don't respond to those quickly.
I called Wallace’s Pharmacy today to order pain medication for delivery, I was in excruciating pain and couldn’t go myself. I called them an hour and a half later asking them what time they were closing because I was concerned that my medication wouldn’t arrive in time, the lady on the phone then told me that they only have one driver and that my medication would get to me on time, 19:00 struck and they’re closed and I have to consider walking to Pick n’ Pay to buy basic pain medication until they open tomorrow. I’m very disappointed.
Slow service/under staffed. Always a very long que at prescriptions. Lay out in the pharmacy terrible.
Quick service, but don't buy toiletries as they are very expensive. Rather go to Pick n Pay
Phone rings forever, then once you've annoyed them enough, the phone stops ringing. Disappointing shem

The driver is so unprofessional.. Treated me like garbage. Seriously get another driver that has respect for what he does!!!!!!!!!!
Well-stocked, with a wide range of products. The pharmacists are usually helpful - I have witnessed exceptions, but all in all, usually willing to assist.
They never answer their phones don't know why they have phones
