I wholeheartedly regret ever having my script sent to this pharmacy. Pharmacists have zero bedside manner, speak to you in a condescending tone and if your Dr is unavailable to email adjusted script due to high volume of patients, forget about getting help. My cat receives better treament at the vet. Definitely would not suggest them if you have any form of cancer or have been through trauma. Pathetic.

Staff friendly but the Indian owner is poor at customer service

In all of my life I never been so eager to be sick just to go and buy pharmaceuticals at Warrens Pharmacy, From the door to the cashier, the staff has been way pass friendly and helpful. You may go into Warrens Pharmacy sick as a dog I guarantee, you will feel as if you seen a docter, just by how friendly and helpful the staff are. I would like to part of the experience if I may, what can I do to be part of Warrens Pharmacy staff please.

The Pharmacists are really wonderful and I really love how they ask if you want the original or generic. More importantly I love how they stay open late because it’s not always easy to get to a pharmacy before they close. Plus they went out of their way to deliver my sisters medication which she needed urgently and it was already late in the day. They didn’t keep us waiting. Staff are lovely

Big shout out to the pharmacist he was super friendly very helpful and he knew what he was talking about he gave me great advice on how to handle my elbow injury

Not sure how to report on this. They messed up our covid booking and offered no solution. However next day phoned and accommodated us. SO some bad and some good!

The staff were very efficient.

I walked in to get some hard-soled slippers, which had no size labels. Me: Where are the sizes on these? Sales assistant: They're all the same size. Me: But they're all different sizes. Sales assistant: Yes, I know, but they're one size fits all Me: But then why are they all different sizes? Sales assistant: They just are Me: But I can't try them on because they're attached at the ankle by this plastic thing. Sales assistant: Yes, you're not allowed to try them on. Me: But then how will I know which ones fit? Sales assistant: Most people can just tell. Me: &lt;Head desk&gt;
