I went to this pharmacy for a bit of a sensitive medication and the lady who helped me was so kind and professional. I had a few questions and she gave my questions her full attention and was very helpful.  Thank you for that. Much appreciated.  Would highly recommend this pharmacy.

An extraordinary pharmacy. Good range of products and awesome staff.

I've had such fast and attentive service from Reddam Pharmacy today! Stuck home with COVID and used their WA order service. Delivery in less than 45 mins from my script sent and the pharmacist knew to add it to medical aid claims, to make use of the WHO PMB, even though we are only on a hospital plan. I was not aware of this cover and it 'saved' me over R700. Thank you!

Somewhat disappointing experience 18 December 2021. Had to wait for the pharmacy to open around 15 minutes late well past their official operating hours, and then advised “no relevant staff will be at work today” to do Vitality health assessments despite pharmacy advertising this service as a “walk-in” facility. Maybe it’s a weekday thing for them, or just bad luck, but caveat emptor.  Edit/Update: feedback posted by pharmacy noted, 2 star ‘upgrade’ for being so responsive, thanks!

I had a great experience in Reddam Pharmacy today.  The staff were so helpful in discussing with me showing me the vitamins best suited for my needs.  I mentioned that we are going on a plane tomorrow and the Pharmacist recommended a nose spray and mouth drops to help keep us more protected from Covid while on the plane and traveling.  I also received a hand sanitizer as a free gift.  I’m grateful I chose Reddam Pharmacy to bring my script to be filled.

Going to Reddam Pharmacy is always such a pleasure. I know that I can always rely on the team to give me great advice and care. Their selection of products is extensive, but never short of quality. Most of the staff know my name and never fail to make me smile  Thanks for being awesome!

First and foremost..... We always receive fantastic, friendly and personal service from Reddam Pharmacy. All our details are on record so everything is handled quickly and efficiently. This is a pharmacy which will go the extra mile. Their photo lab is excellent too. I highly recommend this business.

I booked a flu vaccine with the online facility that Reddam Pharmacy offered. It was brilliant. Walked into the pharmacy at the allocated time I had chosen and was seen to straight away. No fuss, no waiting. Excellent service with a smile from their professional staff.

As always Redaa and his team provided personal and professional service to each member of my family when we went for our flu shots this year. Redaa and his staff always go out of their way to ensure you feel comfortable, and no request is too much for them to fulfil. One is always greeted by name and made to feel like a family member. You guys are great Reddam Pharmacy Team!! Thank you!

Great pharmacy. The staff are so warm and helpful. It's also a very well stocked pharmacy. I have used also the Creative Photolab many times. Again, the help I have received has been such a pleasure. The block mounts I ordered usually take 5 days, they called me after 3 days to say I could collect.
