First of all the phone never gets answered, and then, after two days of not being successful, I decide to drive there physically, they give you an appalling service, when they are done talking to themselves as if you have been invisible all this time. I went there to enquire about police clearance, i was told to come back the next week Tuesday, 8 days later, i was there today, a Monday. And this is just to enquire, and when i asked why? Mr Andrews told me that's how it works. Basically IT IS, WHAT IT IS! What on earth!!!????

I had a family emergency, that was getting violet and people getting threatened to be thrown out and the contact number was useless cause I called and called and nobody answer it even said invalid entry.
They really try their best but people are difficult and they are not enough to be everywhere. Some real serious improvement especially in staff members are needed.
Wellington police has really shown themselves to be very reliable. I just. Made a call to them about suspects roaming around armed and dangerous in front of our house made the call and police arrived all in a span of 3min. assuring our safety Wellington Police, u really make me & my family proud civilians of this town.

Wellington Police has very low performance. I called them to make a turn near the railway, because of people stealing the wooden poles from the premises that I work on. They failed to do so. I believe we do not need them, the man on the phone also sounded as if he does not want to do the job that he does.
