Wia - Kyla Family Restaurant and Accommodation

Great place to stay and the meals are brilliant. I have stayed here 5 times already and always been exceptional.

Booked my one nights accommodation with Chris on Thursday 20 June and requested a room for Monday 24 June, he acknowledged that everything is in order as it would have been my third stay at this establishment. Best off all I phoned Chris throughout the Monday with no answer as his phone seems to be switched off "not available". When I arrived at the lodge at 17:45 after a long days work no one answers the intercom so I was stranded without accommodation for the evening. It's a pity that a business is so careless with their clients. Chis and Christene you disappointed me and good luck in getting the trust back. Hopefully you will learn from this because trust me, you don't want to be stranded without accommodation when you are 5 hours away from your home.

Perfect and food was delicious. Velour for money. No escalation of prices like other restaurant. Swimming pool very clean and beautiful.
