I had placed a breakfast order over the phone & was told to collect it 25 minutes later. I arrived 30 minutes after order but I waited 5 more minutes. Otherwise my beautiful wife & daughter enjoys WIMPY breakfast
The worst experience ever. The manager prefers male and white people.. The first time we experienced bad service was when we asked for a bigger table and he the manager said it was not possible but a few seconds after, a group of white people showed up and they combined so they could fit all of Second experience was when he said we were making noise when the whole restaurant was filled with people laughing and chatting loudly. We toned it down but had to call him to order about the noise everybody else was making besides us and he said he would also call them to order but then he didn’t and later cancelled our orders because we didn’t “listen” when everybody else was making noise… Never mind their bad service.. You can wait more than 30 minutes just for drinks Parking: Parking is very limited
2 times getting very poor service in a space of 7 days. 1. Electricity went off. They said their system goes off and can't take orders manually. I waited 39 minutes just for the order to be taken and another 20 for the preparation. No drinks, no updates and the manager took his time when called. Had to call him twice and he offered no assistance at all. 2. I made an order on their app to avoid this drama. It has been 7 hours now. Again, I am the one that had to call for an update only to be told that they are waiting for delivery. I even asked of they cant just change the lambchop to something else mara dololo. Refund refused claiming the person incharge of refunds is not at work today. Safe to say i am never setting foot into that store ever again
So many bad reviews about the terrible manager. Why do you have such a person representing your brand? Do you care about your customers at all?
Their toasted cheese burger wasn't what I was expecting, in fact it was disappointing other than that it was just okay.Waitrons were nice and friendly.
I enjoyed their breakfast and the service was awesome.
This is the best place I'd rather go have my breakfast or lunch. Their service is one of the best.
The food is good. Service is excellent but sometimes you wait a while for drinks. Overall, you feel at home when you are at wimpy phuthaditjhaba.Food: 5/5
