On arrival at Woolworths this morning a lady greeted us with a friendly welcoming smile, it turns out she is the store manager. I wonder why other store managers can't, from time to time be as welcoming. I think we all crave friendliness with a smile. Their checkouts are never adequate in Woolworths but seriously this lady's smile and welcoming attitude made me overlook any petty faults they may have. Well done Woolworths, Springs Mall.

Paying at the till point was a bit slow The Food Market . There were only 2 cashiers, considering the line was growing long, surely they could have mobilised an extra 1 or cashiers until the line had subsided. During peak hours, shouldn't there be a system to get more people to the tills???? Other than that, the same fresh quality products that are synonymous with Woolies.

I love shopping at Woolies. The staff is usually very helpful and they offer lay-by since I don't want an account. They always have stock. Keep it up

Loved it there. Kind staff who even walked me around the shop because I'm not from the area so I didn't have the luxury of time to look for stuff.

It's the 26th of March 2022, this is the kind of service that we receive at Springs Mall Woolworth. 2 pay points open and we have to wait in this line. Pathetic!!!! Get a grip Woolworths. Never again will I go there

I went to buy peanuts and I was told they are finished. The following day I called to find out if they had them and I was told they would get back to me, and am still waiting for their call. It's sad that is the manager who promised to get back to me and never did.

I love Woollies even though they seem to lack on the service these days. I hope they do something about it, other wise they will just become another retail shop...........

Good clean store friendly and helpful personnel. Try let uour staff teach others stores in Dprings Mall how it is done.

They do not have the wide variety that Boksburg have though. But friendly staff...just be a bit more accommodating to disabled persons
