Helpful Woolworths Parklands staff and management Firstly, it is important to acknowledge that losing a phone can be a stressful experience, and it is reassuring to have helpful and supportive staff to assist in such situations. The staff at Woolworths, Parklands went above and beyond to help me in this situation, and that deserves recognition. The staff were attentive and responsive to my needs, immediately offering to check the CCTV footage to try and locate my phone. This is a proactive and customer-focused approach that shows a genuine willingness to assist customers in need. Additionally, the fact that the staff took the time to check the store as well as calling my phone to see if it would ring, demonstrates a commitment to going the extra mile to help customers. This level of attention and care can be the difference between a stressful experience and a positive one, and it is clear that the staff at Woolworths, Parklands were dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Safe to say, in my hurry to get to the store because it was just before it was about to close, I left my phone at home and never had it with me. I felt so embarrassed and apologised profusely for all the trouble. The staff just laughed it off and was happy that my phone wasn't lost. Once again I would like to thank the staff and manager, as well as another very helpful customer for their help.

You can never go wrong with woolworths ready-made full chicken if you do not want to make food. Alot of healthy options as well as cheat meals available. Expensive but worth it.

Convenient. Sometimes a lot of items are out of stock/ not stocked at all. Still my go to.

In a great area with lots of shops close to it. It's close to the Myciti bus station and has a Mcdonalds close to it. Has a Clicks store, Romans Pizza and a play area for the children.

Quick convenient store, you won't get the full Woolworth experience because the store is more of the express store, most of specials are limited.

It is a great Woolworth food. Convenient with a decent stock selection. Typical Woolworths quality is seen in this store. Well done.

This Woolworths is the best out of the lot in the area. Prices are reasonable and produce always fresh.
