Staff at customer services are rude and treat you like a criminal if you need to return items without a slip, Miss A Matthews in particular. Cross questioning when I made the purchase, if I purchased it at their store, did I use my rewards card, looking for the particular transaction on the system for 10 minutes and could not find it. Eventually I asked whether she could do the return or not to which she replied that she would. After all that uneccesary time wasting all she needed to do was refund the items at the current system price. The supervisor was also unhelpful and kept looking for the transaction. I don't understand what the problem was if the items I returned still had their price tags on and just needed to be scanned. Canal Walk staff are much more professional and friendly.

Beautiful, clean, spacious shop with a variety of clothes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pity that the store manager, Lun.. left as he managed the store so well. He was very popular among staff and customers.

One of the best woolies in Cape Town, wasn't too full at this time of the year. Staff very helpful I found what I was looking for and was able to do a hassle-free exchange of baby shoes.

Bought Christmas lunch for the staff on the 24 of Decemer. Had a lovely lunch of a whole chicken, salads and buns. Chicken was fresh. Bought some last minute Christmas decorations. We'll worth the visit

Hi, why is the store so hot? I asked the staff and they said the aircon wasn't on but they didn't seem too sure. This wasn't during loadshedding. I'm just puzzled why the majority of Tygervalley has bearable temperatures but not the Woolies...

It seems to me as a male foreigner that the store caters more for ladies and children. The mens section is very sparce. The store is open and well laid out

Had the Eggs Florentine with extra bacon and a Grande Cappuccino. Both exceptional. Cute little corner to have a quick breakfast.

Coming from the southern suburbs I found it to be a truly large departmental store. The staff who assisted my wife were so much more friendly than what we are used to. They even went through their whole online blouse catalogue to try and find an item my wife wanted. In the end it was found - only the coloured an pattern were completely different to what she had described. It brought the lady's section down with laughter. I was most impressed by the sheer range of clothing carried - ladies, gents and children. A definite 'we'll be back' experience.

Woolworths always has an excellent service, each an every department there's always a consultant to help you. Woolworths is great place to shop.

I was so disappointed by the Clinique assistant by the beauty side. Not very helpful. They were not interested, ended not buying the product and went to Clinique Focshini. Woolworths food excellent service. The queue went quick.
