Big and comprehensive. Was impressed with their client services today when exchanging a shirt for a different size - very professional.
My wife and I had a very pleasant experience once again while doing our grocery shopping at Woolworths in Tygervalley shopping centre. Their produce is always top quality and the service we receive from their staff can't be faulted. The added bonus of a free coffee or two every now and then also doesn't go unappreciated.
Woolworths Tygervalley has always been my go-to-shop when I'm in Tygervalley but recently it topped all my expectations when one of the staff went over and above and the extra mile to find me an item that i so desperately wanted, but was no longer available online. Kudos to Woollies Tygervalley. You are Simply the Best
I used to have a mini WW Boutique at home. They do not cater for me any more.... It is for the slim, skinny urban man. Was on the floor for an hour with no assistant to be found.
I had a special request for a specific jean. Carol Henkeman eventually found one in the stoor room. Then proceeded to assist my daughter to choose an outfit. Talk about above and beyond! I would highly recommend both Carol and Woollies
Great food section and makeup range.Wish clothing range had more options.Nevertheless, love the halal butchery and great biltong
First impressions was that this place is huge, but well organised and staff very helpful as I got what I was looking for. Only draw back for me is that this store is way over priced as 1 piece of clothing starts at R500 as n minimum so not a daily shopping place for me if I want to buy clothes.
I am so disappointed with the Woolie restaurant. They have new items on their menu namely the "Creme Brulee papa" and for 3 days in a row, regardless of the time of day, I am told "Woolies is out of stock", "the kitchen is too busy to make it" or "sorry we just ran out" This is shocking service and a clear indication that the kitchen staff find this meal too time consuming to complete a customer's oder!!
I absolutely love this Woolies branch to shop for a wide variety of clothing and household items! Unfortunately, this is now the second time purchasing crockery that is dirty and dusty. The first time, I purchased the Everyday crockery set. It's in packaging, but once opened, every single plate and bowl was dirty. Gross! And how does this happen? How dirty are your warehouses? Then, the second time, I needed to get a replacement for a cereal bowl, and there on the shelf, instore, were single dirty bowls. Previously, I had ordered white Barkware curtains online, and they were delivered filthly and smelling stuffy. I understand sustainable packaging, but I'm sick of trying to get marks out of that beautiful fabric before hanging them. Instead of merely slapping a strip of cardboard around the curtains that hardly protects the fabric, why can't we try something else? Those materials bags for your duvet cover sets look fabulous, so how about doing the same for your curtains? As for the crockery, I always wash such items before we use them at home. But it really takes a few seconds to gently wipe down an item to present neat and clean looking crockery instore. It can be fixed, and customers would appreciate that extra care! I know I certainly would
Beautiful, clean, spacious shop with a variety of clothes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pity that the store manager, Lun.. left as he managed the store so well. He was very popular among staff and customers.
