Lennora was always very helpful, prompt in replying and professional. We felt that our possessions were always safe, the general area was always clean and security was up to standard. I will use XtraSpace Brakpan again should the necessity arise.
This place is amasing!! The staff are so friendly and always willing to help. For what I paid and what I received, I will always choose Xtraspace again. The area is safe, I was able to go there alone and never felt unsafe. Lennora sorted out every question I had and was always available. She is so Friendly I love her service. I definitely would recommend Xtraspace every day.

I found the team at XtraSpace in Brakpan to be very friendly and professional. Lennora Niemand deserves a special mention as she made the process from the day we signed the agreement up to the termination thereof so easy. Should we ever need a storage facility in the future, we will definitely make use of them again.
We have been renting a storage unit at the Brakpan branch since September 2020. We have always commented when visiting at how clean and tidy the entire premises is, and have only ever received courteous and helpful treatment. We have had total peace of mind whilst our household items have been stored there, and would highly recommend this facility.
Super helpful and professional staff. Incredible service. Safe and clean units. Cannot recommend more highly!
