Kristie helped make an uncomfortable and tough situation very pleasant and easy. No judgment - no tough questions...worked with me to make sure I understood everything. Was grateful for her professionalism and her grace. Bringing back in my friend took literally 7 minutes and we were done and on our way home. The first person I spoke to was Jaime, who was very sweet and helpful. After that, Teresa handled our case. She is so compassionate and helpful. She immediately made me feel that she would do everything she could to speed the process up with posting the bail. She also listened as I asked a lot of questions, then put my mind at ease. She then wasted no time going to the jail and posting the bail. From the time I made the first call, to having her meet with my son after he got out, Teresa made us feel that she truly cares about the clients. I HIGHLY recommend using 24/7.

The staff was beyond helpful and went the extra miles for me. They fielded my calls with grace and didn't get annoyed when I called to check in. They were kind, professional, and a pleasure to deal with despite it being an unpleasant occasion. Special shoutout to Xavier and Theresa, who might actually be saints!
