I had a really good outcome and customer service was excellent. Ms. Debbie the receptionist was family friendly toward not only us but those prior to us. I would highly recommend this establishment to all.

A's and still cannot get my son out. They had all the paperwork they needed had a credit card then they say they don't accept American Express if you go to the website American Express is one of the accepted cards this is really not quick service its poor service

I worked with Steven, and let me tell you! This man worked faster than I could blink! My girlfriend was in holding. Once I got to him, paid the required percentage. It took at least 30mints before he got the job done COMPLETELY! Great company! Great people! Kept me calm the whole time. When I got my girlfriend out, and brought her to do paper work. He even helped my girlfriend to calm down, and clad up her head!

If I could give them zero stars I would. DO NOT COME HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!!! bondsman acts like he's god's gift to us. It's terrible customer service and they move extremely slow. The refund takes from 2 weeks up to 30 days. But when you need their service they ask for the money up front asap!!!
